A number of members and other residents have raised the question with Amovate of the disappearance of the ATM machine at Vales for the past few weeks.

This was brought to the attention of the committee at its meeting on Thursday evening and in response, two of our representatives visited the bank in question—Credito Agricola—in Aljezur this (Friday 13th) afternoon to find out if, and when, the cashpoint is going to be replaced.

The bank assured us that somebody will be out on Monday to start the repair work and the official we spoke to expects the new machine to be installed and running during the week.

We have now been informed that the ATM machine is now in place and in operation.
