Climate Change – Walk – 27 September

DO YOU WANT TO JOIN A DEMONSTRATION WALK FOR THE CLIMATE – PASSEIO PELO CLIMA – IN ALJEZUR ON FRIDAY, 27TH SEPTEMBER?
The walk will begin from the Mercado Municipal by the bridge at 1700 with people assembling in the gardens of the Câmara Municipal at 1800.

New Members Invited to join the Aljezur International Choir

Our Autumn season begins on September 19th with a new choir director, António de Jesus.
We sing in multiple languages ​​with a wide variety of songs – classical, folk, ethnic, modern, religious and more. There is something to please everyone and you would be most welcome to join us.
Every Thursday from 1400 to 1530 we meet in the upstairs music room in the Aljezur Bombeiros building.

A nossa temporada de outono começa no dia 19 de Setembro com um novo diretor de coro, António de Jesus.
Cantamos em várias línguas com uma grande variedade de música – clássica, folclórica, étnica, moderna, religiosa e muito mais. Há algo para agradar a todos e vocé será muito bem-vindo de juntar-se a nós.
Todas as quintas-feiras, das 14.00 ás 15.30, encontramo-nos na sala de música que fica no 1º andar do edifício dos Bombeiros de Aljezur.

Unsere Herbstsaison beginnt am 19. September mit einem neuen Chorleiter, António de Jesus.
Wir singen in mehreren Sprachen mit einer Vielzahl von Liedern – klassisch, volkstümlich, ethnisch, modern, religiös und mehr. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei und Sie sind herzlich eingeladen, sich uns anzuschließen.
Jeden Donnerstag von 14.00 bis 15.30 Uhr treffen wir uns im oberen Musiksaal im Aljezur Bombeiros-Gebäude.

September 14 & 15 – ‘All the riches of the world’ – Music, song and dance to celebrate the adventures of the 16th-Century Portuguese Discoverers.

September 14, 10am to 12noon – Dance Workshop, 16th-Century courtly dances.

September 14, 3pm to 5pm – Singing Workshop, Songs from Africa, India and Islam.

September 15, 5pm onwards – Final Public Concert with soloists, dancers and instrumentalists, workshop participants and the Aljezur International Choir.
