An Amovate Member wrote to us to ask if there was anything that could be done about this burnt out vehicle which has been left outside his property.

The details were forwarded to Sgt. Gabriel and the same day we received the following response from a representative of the Aljezur Camara:

“The Vehicle announced in the email has been under investigation from Policia Judiciaria, so there was no authorization to remove it from where it was.

We have now received the information, at the beginning of this week, from Policia Judiciaria that the investigations has just finished.

We have already sent a message asking the owner of this vehicle to remove as quickly as possible, otherwise we will notify him and tax him.”

We hope that this matter will be brought to a conclusion as soon as possible, and that this unsightly eyesore is removed.
