Amovate has received a letter from the Council regarding the area Paisagem Oceano. It contains two letters which we offer a translation as follows but take no responsibility for any misunderstandings :-
First Letter :-
Subject: SENDING of PROCLAMATION No. 31/2019
Regarding the above mentioned subject, please send any response stating the proclamation number 31/2019, referring to the “Opening of the period for public discussion of the Detail Plan for the Area of Specific Intervention which is Paisagem Occeano”, the posting of the same subject in the usual public places.

Second Letter :-
“Opening of the period for public discussion of the Detail Plan for the Area of Specific
Intervention which is Paisagem Occeano”
José Manuel Lucas Gonçalves, President of the Municipal Council in Aljezur, makes public, for the purposes of the right of participation provided for in number 2 of article 89, of Decree-Law number 80/2015, of May 15, that at the meeting of the City Council held on February 26, 2019, it was decided unanimously to proceed to the opening of the public discussion period regarding the proposal of the >Detail Plan for the Area of Specific Intervention which is Paisagem Oceano>, for the period of 30 working days, beginning from April 2 to May 16, 2019.
During the period of public discussion, the proposal of the plan including all the documents that legally instruct it, are available for consultation from all interested parties, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., in the City Hall building, Technical Department of Works and Urban Planning (service desk) – located at Capitão Salgueiro Maia street, 8670 005 Aljezur, as well as on the Council´s website at www.cm-aljezur.pt, during which time suggestions may be made, as well as, to submit information on any issues that may be considered in the ongoing proceedings.
Responses must be submitted in writing, addressed to the mayor of the city, by means of a specific form to be obtained at the service desk or on the website identified above and delivered by postal mail, directly to the above mentioned address, or electronically to the address:
general @ cm-aljezur.pt.
For general knowledge, this notice was drawn up and others of equal content, and then it will be displayed in the usual public places, as well as on the website of the municipality www.cm-aljezur.pt.
