Post Box Update – Tennis Courts & Apartments

Thank you to all who have co-operated so far with the return of the post box forms. We are now able to form an up to date register of users and how many free boxes we have, and this will continue for some time until we are satisfied that nil reply means the box is no longer in use.

If you know people who have a post box and live most of the year away from Vale Da Telha we would appreciate an e-mail to info@amovate.com so we can highlight it on our records and wait for the  occupier to come to Portugal and complete their form.

It is apparent that some original users of Post Boxes who have sold their property on have also passed on the keys to the new owners.  Whilst we generally do not have a real problem with this, people are reminded that it is not their box, and keys should be handed back to Amovate for forwarding onto the new users so our records can be continually kept up to date.

Also we have had several requests for box movement by users, generally from the Apartments to the Tennis Courts. We will try and resolve this situation as soon as possible, but we have to give the users at the Tennis Courts reasonable time to return their forms.  However it would appear that we might be able to do this in the future, and if you have mailed us already with this request we will notify you as soon as a box becomes available.

Just to make an obvious point, if you have made this request or are thinking of doing so, it will mean a Post Box Number change (i.e. change of address), not simply a change of location.

Again thank you for your assistance so far.

If anyone has any problems accessing their post boxes since the changes, please e mail us on info@amovate.com or contact Peter Johnson on 961 666 825 and we will deal with your problem.
