| ‰ Balls lying on stones may be picked & dropped no nearer the hole on a playable surface
‰ Balls lying in mud/water on the fairway may be picked, cleaned & placed no nearer the hole ‰ Balls in waterlogged bunkers may be picked and dropped no nearer the hole ‰ Should your Group fall behind the players in front, please follow the instructions of your Group Leader ‰ Espiche – should a ball land in the scrub and is not playable (the case almost every time) then treat as a Lateral Water hazard. |

Submit cards with Gross score – the competition panel will determine the Stableford score
Better Ball Pairs StablefordBoth players play to their handicap with the better Stableford score to count for that hole. Pairs total score being the sum of better Stableford scores for the 18 holes. Players in the pair may discuss tactics, club to use, line of putt etc. The pairings are given in the groups as follows – first two are paired and the second two are paired together.
Fun Day CompetitionsShortest Drive Hole 13 will be used – drives from the Yellow tees. For the ladies wishing to compete must play from the Yellow tees. The ball does not need to reach the fairway to qualify. Note Driver must be used Most Bunkers A bunker only counts once irrespective of the number of shots to exit it. Longest Air Ball Drive All players will be issued with an Air Ball. To help distinguish the air balls each group will be provided with 3 different coloured balls. Drive the air ball either from a tee or the ground – any club can be used. Hole 9 Yellow tee area will be used. (No need to reach the fairway to qualify). Men will then tee off from the Yellow Tees and Ladies from the Red Tees playing the hole in the usual way.
