Golf Society Annual Awards for 2015

This year we have 3 annual awards (including trophies) and they are

  • Best Player 2015
  • Best High Handicapper 2015
  • Matchplay Tournament winner

The first 2 are determined by players performance for the period January to November taking into account their stableford scores, also they must have played in 4 tournaments.

So Player of the Year goes to Ian Bedford with an average score of 32.44

he was closely followed by John Williams on 31 and Brian Parker on 30.42

Best High Handicapper for 2015 goes to Sharon Dickens with an average of 28.2

The Matchplay Tournament was won by Geoff Costigan who beat Manny Pinto 2&1 in the final
